About me

Hello!

My name is Simona Micu and I am the founder of "New Age Holistic".

I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2021. My training focused on science, body functions, and symptoms, whole foods and quality food production, natural source supplements, healthy lifestyle practices, and the connections between the body, mind, and spirit. I also acquired Advanced Program Certificates in Aromatherapy & Essential Oils and Bach Flower Remedies.

I am specialized in the functions of the digestive, immune, and other whole-body systems, and educated to recognize food intolerance and allergies, blood sugar fluctuations, and the multiple causes of inflammation, which are the source of many common health conditions.

As a Certified Holistic Nutritional Professional™ (C.H.N.P.), wife, and mother, I encourage self-responsibility by empowering people through personalized education and information sessions. I am passionate about teaching my clients how to optimize the health of their body, mind, and spirit. â€‹

“We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them”

~Albert Einstein~

On the path to wellness, it is often necessary to make lifestyle changes in an effort to achieve your goals. Taking a proactive approach to preventing a chronic health condition, or driving it into remission, requires that we change the thinking and habits that contributed to its development. It requires us to take ownership of our situation, understand our unique bodies, get in the driver’s seat, and make some profound changes.

In addition, I recognize that sustainable change may take time. It is much more important to take the steps, than to take them quickly. My experience has taught me that it is better to walk than to run when it comes to changes that will garner meaningful improvement.
